Movements of people in and around the Digital Beijing Building are reflected in the colossal surreal world of the LED facade. Images in this dreamlike virtual world are triggered by the sensory readings of people's movements inside the building, enacting a large interactive field and imagery display. Facade images will rotate with the change of seasons, to bring a layer of interaction with nature into the work. Animation follows Chinese ink painting and dynamic linear drawing styles to give this high-tech ultra modern building a more humanistic and artistic face.
